The evolution of Cutler & Co.’s signature dining room saw a redesign by IF Architecture’s Iva Foscia in 2017. The new vision: a trio of distinct dining spaces set around the existing Pilbara marble bar. The front bar, elevated with a signature cabinet bar. The main dining room reimagined in luxury. The walls clad in marbled green stone panels. Strong detailing in bronze, with moss green nubuck booth seats. Each area segregated by floor to ceiling glass and steel dividing walls.
