Fishbowl Docklands

The first Melbourne store for Fishbowl – a Japanese inspired chain that began in Sydney in 2016. Successful operators with 30+ stores nationwide commissioned Blueprint to complete this unique build.

Feature signage and giant glass panels offer a facade with easy sightlines to the interior expertly designed by Herbert & Mason. A built in service counter that showcases their quick service and healthy approach to fast food salad bowls with a wooden feature drop down ceiling frames the central space.

We installed state of the art screens, murals by local artists commissioned by Projects of Imagination and completed finishes prescribed by architects Herbert & Mason to the highest standard.
