HANDPICKED WINES

Handpicked Wines, alongside Designers Design Office brought their cellar door experience to the 80 Collins St. Building in Melbourne in 2021. Blueprint managed the three storey build that combined a ground floor retail wine shop, tasting facility and dining area and a top-storey wine bar dubbed the Flight Deck. The mezzanine level hosts an Experience Room – used for private dining and events. The fit out incorporated operational wine barrels into the wall cavities and American Oak joinery in the detailing with feature display shelving.​
